i wouldnt mess with 3rd party chargers. The charger is already small enough for me and you can easily change the cat8 plug.
SzabsMemberUse battery eater pro to test it.
SzabsMemberGood to hear that one more distro fixed the brightness keys. Ubuntu seems to be far behind the problem.
SzabsMemberJust to tell you, via runs at 1.3ghz. This whole test is screwed up.
SzabsMemberThere is a small app from intel called powertop. You can disable many things with it and get more precious batterylife o/

SzabsMemberYup thanks dude, it’s pretty useful. Too bad I don’t get more than 5 hours with opensuse…
SzabsMemberWhy do we need the new filesystem? 😀 Out of the box is worth a lot more than the filesystem…

January 25, 2009 at 9:01 pm in reply to: How does Ubuntu 7.10 (Gutsy Gibbon) run on the NC10? #181316SzabsMemberI tried the latest alpha and ubuntu guys still didn’t make any effort to get me to use their distro. Read: Almost nothing works out of the box.
SzabsMemberI use my nc10 with 2 bars of brightness in windows, that’s like halfway in opensuse. I don’t really mind, it’s pretty much the same for me.
Cam didn’t work for me in skype. Anyone can confirm this? -
