Scam Site!
[/quote1234378279]Try the free trial and watch it until the end – it all becomes clear.
fatnbaldMemberThanks for the responses, the online time is very limited to start with, the PC is on the same room as the one I use so they are always likely to be watched.
The option of me signing up and playing myself is unlikely as my real life persona takes up most of my time allocation!
fatnbaldMemberThe Welsh residents are taking over, North Coast here!
Snowing like mad but the roads are too wet for it to cause a problem so far.
fatnbaldMemberDepends what my day holds and where I am going, TomTom Sat nav is probably the one that spends the longest time turned on along with the mobile phone of course.
The Archos gets some major use when I travel along with the Bose Noise cancelling headphones and Samsung MP3 player which is very slim and much better than the Archos for just music.fatnbaldMemberThey look like the ones my lad makes out of lego lol!
fatnbaldMemberWell I seem to have sorted it, slaved the HD in a caddy to one of my pc’s then ran a virus checker, that got rid of enough of the cr*p to be able to reinstall it back in the pc and run malwarebytes with a full scan, took a while to do the scans but all seems to be back in order now.

Bought a NC10 last November. Just noticed the receipt for it is just about readable…The rate at witch is is fading I guess by next month I wont have one.
Going to Currys today to ask for a written receipt – dont hold out much hope.
Has anyone had a problem getting under warranty service with an un-readable receipt?
I appreciate the need for Thermal printouts they must be very cost effective…
Peter.

Perhaps you should scan it in and play with the settings to get a decent copy of it now, if nothing else you could take the copy with the original and show them the problem and why you copied it.
fatnbaldMemberThanks ataday, that will be the last resort.
I might try a bartPE load disk and run a virus scanner from that, if I can get my head around building my own OS boot disk that is, I get the feeling I am too old and too limited in time to play with setting this stuff up.
fatnbaldMemberWell of course the dell package my ol’ papa decided on came with no disks, legit COA and that but no actual CD to reformat and reinstall – off to the torrents now I think, winXP home OEM anyone ? lol lol
fatnbaldMemberhave you connected anything else via wifi to the router before ?
fatnbaldMemberWhy do family day out places only seem to do family tickets which are two adults and two children, I though the average family was 2.4 children or in my case 3!
And along similar lines since when did 12 or 13 become when they stopped being classed as children.fatnbaldMemberWhy don’t they ever have the final price you pay on the airline booking sites until after they have made you wade through pages and pages of cr*p and get all your details of you?!! And how do they get away with charging extra for ANY seat, how else are you supposed to use their planes!
I am at the age now where I could fill a book with these types of grumbles, just call me Mr Meldrew!

maybe all you guys ar too young to know it sorry couldn’t resist the reference
[/quote1231514487]lol, not old enough to remember personally but I think classic tracks like that keep getting rediscovered. There are some pop tracks that are sure to be around for many many decades to come. And others that are forgotten as soon as they are heard. Or at least you wish that was the case!
But, you’ve made me interested in what the age demographic of this site is – time to set a new poll perhaps!
[/quote1231579407]Older than methuzala here lol!
Well not quite but I do remember the Beach Boys and some of their later hits, mainly from table surfing in various late night establishments around Manchester in the late 70’s and early 80’s with equally stupid (and inebriated) friends!
The things we did for fun before the net ! lol
fatnbaldMemberPanic over, (you were panicking with me weren’t you lol ?), it is all back up and running.
“Technical Fault” was the in depth reason for the 4 day outage, lol the techie with the password on hols prob!
No doubt there will be people leaving in droves now, I saw some forum posts quoting 75,000 images on the site, still works for my little collection though
fatnbaldMemberIt is a pop up spyware site, more info is here.

Not had personal experience myself but it seems a little hard to shift, you could try running prevx see if that can sort it, it worked for me when I had a problem that all the other options never manged to resolve http://www.prevx.com/homeuser.asp
