I just got my NC10 and didnt change much yet. I have internet on USB from my mobile provider. It is connecting alright and I can use the net. But once in 5-15 min I cant seem to use internet anymore. The web and walk manager says it is connected and that the signal is great. But all websites I try I get a messege saying “Cannot find server” After few minutes it is back to normal. But losing internet all the time is driving me crazy!
Can anyone help? Please write your answer in dummy language 😉 I’m very very new to this…

theres no way to fix it because there is no problem as such, thats just what the service is like.
Have you tested the USB “dongle” on another computer in the same location as using the NC10? Does the same thing happen? If it does, then like hef says it is probably poor / weak signal (even though it tells you it has good signal)
Does the same problem happen with the NC10 in different locations? Home? Office?
Didn’t try the NC10 anywhere else yet (just got it). I will try that, thanks!
I assume Dongle is the stick? Should I try it on my PC?I guess I need to disconnect it from the Internet first right?
Yes the dongle I was refering to is the USB stick.
Try the NC10 in a couple of different locations first. If the same thing keeps happening then try the “dongle” in another computer.
That way you should be able to work out if it is the location, computer or dongle that is causing the problem.
