Hi All,
I just got 2 NC10’s today.
1 for me and 1 for my lady, i cannot get any of them connected to the internet.
i have turned the wirless password security thing off and they connect but whenever i put the security on it wont connect.
anyone have any ideas on whats wrong?

Got it working now, this thread can be deleted. it was because the fn button thing was making me insert numbers instead of letters.
gah! How annoying! You aren’t the first to be caught out by that. I’ll leave the thread as it might be useful to others. Unless you particularly want it to be removed :)!
Ha! I am in the industry….and this catches me out on some laptops still. Nasty old Lenovo’s ‘specially, they have a nasty habit of always enabling it, no matter what you do. So…don’t feel bad at all, even pros do it. (must have entered the 24 digit pass on one last week 7 times before I remembered, lol!) Best is to disable it in BIOS, if you can, but, like I said, sometimes….
Too many years messing with PCs got me into the habit of firing up Notepad and typing these kind of passwords in then cutting and pasting – that way you see what is actually happening! (then close out Notepad without saving)
