I know that the manual for the NC20 has been released, but it looks like an edited version of the NC10 manual. Unspecified technical difficulties have kept the Via Nano processors from showing up in a retail product. A few were showcased at CES, but that doesn’t mean they are ready for primetime.
So, Via is supposed to be the next big thing:

However, unless the NC20 or the Dr. Mobile netbooks arrive shortly it may not matter.

Well Samsung have now updated their downloads page here to include all sorts of drivers and software for the NC20 so it looks like its release is imminent.
I looked at the FAQs and downloads, and it looks like copies from the NC10 and Q model sites. I haven’t read through the manual yet, does it contain many differences from the NC10 manual besides the Via processor?

VIA Technologies is expected to ship 150,000-200,000 units of its Nano U225 processors for Samsung’s 12.1-inch NC20 netbooks in the first quarter of 2009, according to market sources in Taiwan.
As Dell has decided to suspend shipments of its 12-inch Inspiron Mini netbooks, Samsung will the sole vendor in the 12-inch netbook segment when it begins to market the model in mid-February, the sources noted.
With the absence of competitors in the segment, shipments of VIA Nano CPUs are expected to gain momentum starting the second quarter, the sources asserted.
