FYI, the US Samsung site now has a live web chat help option. The transcript is below, but the two pieces of news:
The NC10 special edition will have a matte screen, the “anti-reflection gloss coating” is the new way they are describing what is on the NC10 now. This is great news!
The NC10 special edition is only available in black.
He did not have an estimated release date for the NC20 in the US (phooey).
