Hi all
Am new to the forum and was wondering if anybody could help me out – apologies in advance for incorrect terminology etc but i really am inexperienced with computers.
I have recently bought an NC10 and decided to upgrade the Xp to Vista Business SP1
However, after downloading from the microsoft site and installing etc it seems that several problems have occurred -:
1) A message flashes up that “Easyspeed manager has stopped working”
2) A message flashes up “Restrict User can’t execute Samsung EDS (00)
3) A message flashes up “Battery Manager has stopped working”
4) A message flashes up “Windows needs to install driver software for your ethernet controller”
5) At the initial installation start up my product key was rejected several times – i went ahead and installed anyway !!
The appearance of the desktop has changed etc so i know that something has downloaded/changed but i cannot locate any of the functions that i have supposedly upgraded – on the desktop i can see a “Vista Business SP1 32 bit” icon – however i cant access any of the applications etc that i have supposedly upgraded
Finally my touchpad freezes up everytime i use the computer and i have to switch off and start again.
Can anybody offer help or advice ?
