Thought i’d share this with everybody: pressing F11 toggles the header/footer menu and status bar, so that the entire 10.2″ screen is dedicated to your webpage surfing!
Try it!
I guess that feature is new to some people but the feature has always been available to use with any keyboard and when using Internet Explorer (I use Google Chrome that doesn’t support the F11 Function)
As mentioned before, not everyone will be aware of this useful tip so thanks for pointing it out.
F11 (Full Screen) works in IE and Firefox but not in Google Chrome.
In Firefox there is an extension called “FullerScreen” which also uses the F11 key to give a “smarter” full screen with more options.
For example when your mouse pointer touches the top or bottom of the screen, the tab bar at the top and the status tab at the bottom are made visible (so you can switch tabs, view your Gmail notifier or anything else on the status bar), then disappear again when the mouse leaves the area.
It was indispensable on my 7″ netbook and still useful on the sammy.

Hit F11 in explorer and go to the top of the screen and voila, there you have the tabs etc.
