My wife has no real affinity with computers but when she saw the NC10 I noticed that greedy look in her eyes…. I wonder… is a netbook not more a female toy?
Anyway… if they go down in price when the 20 arrives…I think I’ll order 2 more, for my wife and daughter 🙂

Me and the GF got each other laptops for Christmas and I got the NC10 but she didn’t want one as it was “to small and not very powerfull”. She got a 12″ which she likes a lot more than my Sammy! I try to point out the 6 hours + I get of run time and she just points out that there are plenty of plug sockets in the house.
Me and the Sammy have a lot in common, 10″ long and lasts for 7hrs.

But seriously, yeah my Mrs is always nicking mine to check rightmove and next whilst we’re watching telly. But I like that, it’s better than the old days where one of us, usally me, would be isolated on a desktop for hrs on end.

Also her and her family bleed apple, she has a Macbook… While surfing the net and checking out my usual pages I got to Sammynetbook.com She saw the pink NC10 on the homepage and said “Maybe I should get one of those, my macbook is heavy and a pain to carry around.” There is still hope for turning her away from shoes and clothes, and onto technology and gadgets!
