MemberEdit: FYI – All these links now point to NC10s over £300. You’ve gotta be quick it seems.
I hate to see people spend more than they need to so in light of the recent price rises i thought I’d start this thread. Here are some links to places that are still selling the NC10 for less than £300.

MemberThis is extremely useful, thank you. I wonder how long before these sites put their prices up though? The “purelygadgets.” seller on amazon.co.uk is now selling them for £400. Insane.

MemberWhat is the current recommended retail price? I thought it was £300 but Play.com say it’s £350. It’s rather unfortunate that Amazon is looking bad but as there are shortages this Amazon partner is taking advantage of the shortage. You can’t blame them really. Trouble is in this case a potential purchaser is just as likely to leave the shop with a rival product.
I saw the NC10 for real for the first time in Staples and PC World (and it does look lovely – I’m so tempted) but they also had a Toshiba next to it which also looked and felt very nice. Although the rest of the Netbooks did look and feel a bit cheap for my liking.

MemberLooks like the rrp has gone up to £330 from £300. I managed to get one early so I was lucky and there are a dew places were its still availible for £300 but not many. I think the success of this netbook has even surprised samsung to be honest.

MemberNone of them now… at least once you add delivery. I think I’ll wait until late Jan and hope for a bargain !

Memberdelivery doesn’t count.
i also hate that these companies are penalizing buyers who want to use the colour option by charging differently for each colour.
pretty shitty move.
