Has anybody else noticed that mp3s ‘fizzle out’ in the last 5-10 seconds before they finish? I’m using Windows Media Player and it happens every time. They kind of crackle / break up.
I have a wide range of mp3s from different sources and I’ve never had this problem on my desktop.
Just me or anybody else?
As I have screen blotches too, I’m going to contact Samsung UK tomorrow. Really annoying if they’ll have to replace the unit as it’s TrueCrypted and all set up how I wanted it. The blotches had not annoyed me initially but on white backgrounds (such as this forum) I can’t help but keep noticing them and it’s really starting to grate.
I use Winamp and can’t say I’ve noticed any ‘fizzling’
Which version of WMP you using?
Does it happenwith other media players?
It sounds like the eds is doing some strange compression stuff as I have also had some issues with sound. After uninstalling it everything was fine.
No problems with sound here – I listen to mp3s on it regularly. Can’t say I love the speakers, (though I wasn’t expecting greatness!) but there’s no fizzle, etc.
