First of all thanks for the help so far – very useful
I was thinking of getting a slingbox to use on my NC10.
Would it slow down all my other functions merely having the software on my computer?
Also, if that was the case would iy make a difference purchasing a 12 G rather than a 3G
doggle.Thanks agai for any advice/views

Merely Instaling the software on your computer will not slow down the NC10.
The dongles you refer to have different “data allowances”. In this case 12gb or 3gb. Anything you use to the internet connection for will use up some of the allowance. So whether you choose 12gb or 3gb has nothing to do with speed, but more to do with how much you will be using the internet on your NC10.
