Hi tarofgaladriel,
I spent many hours searching for a skin for Rainlendar that wasn’t too busy. Tangoish is wonderfully clear on the small screen, and while it is somewhat plain-jane I really like it. As I said I changed the .xml script to make the events stand out more clearly at all screen angles (and with my cataracts).It’s a Rev 2 skin – TangoishMod.r2skin – and can be downloaded here.
To install – save to the desktop and simply drag on to Rainlendar. Then
1) Right-click -> Refresh
2) Right-click -> Options -> Skins and select it.
The Refresh step is important, otherwise Rainlendar won’t see the new skin.As far as ObjectDock is concerned – I purchased the Pro version – is it worth it? I’m not sure! It does let you have multiple docks with a few extra features…
Derek
ps – I will put the download info and an image in a new thread in the Applications forum in case anybody else is interested.March 10, 2009 at 6:56 am #170477tarotgaladrielMembermany thanks Derek

Oh, and you can’t see it without a window open, but I’m using the Zune theme from Microsoft, which is free and doesn’t require a third party theme engine.

Welcome to the forum. The N110 is pretty much identical hardware wise to the NC10, there are a couple of differences. This means pretty much everything related to the NC10 will also be applicable to the N110 as well.And to uphold the great tradition of this thread, here is my current desktop. I’m just playing with the dock, not sure whether I’m going to keep it or not.
June 16, 2009 at 9:06 pm #170518roy_drageMemberYes I have noticed how similar both the NC10 and N110 are, identical almost! Though I never had a chance to sit them side by side. Do you know if the machines are physically about the same size? As I was looking at getting a skin but I can only find them for the NC10.
Also I just installed the Zune Windows XP theme, y’know the kind of orange one. So I’ve changed the colour of the pic in my desktop to orange to match!
Decisions decisions!
Do you know of anywhere to download more themes?
Many thanks.

The two are very similar and are as far as I’m aware pretty much the same size, however some parts on the N110 are a bit more rounded. For cases an NC10 case should fit an N110 fine, a skin… I’m less certain.[quote1245191969=roy_drage]Do you know of anywhere to download more themes?[/quote1245191969]
How about WinCustomize or ThemeXP, I used to like the themes from Studio28 though I haven’t really used Windows much in several years now so I’m probably a bit out of touch as far as where the best places to get the themes are.August 14, 2009 at 11:05 am #170519BiRD-HuNTeRMember@Alfihar and @niteman1969

It’s the default look of a standard Apple OS X (10.5) installation with a different background.
I’m not running Windows and neither is niteman1969 in those screenshots. -
