Looking at the Samsung spec sheet, the Pro has the following processor: “Intel® Core™ M3 Processor 6Y30 (0.90 GHz up to 2.20 GHz, 4 MB L3 Cache)”
And the Plus has the: “OP1, Made for Chromebooks. Hexa-core (Dual A72, Quad A53).”
The latter is an ARM chip? I can’t find out much about it though. Does anyone have any benchmarks for these two chips, I guess the question everyone is going to ask is whether it is worth spending the extra to get the Samsung Chromebook Pro.
I don’t need the best in the world performance but I’ve regretted buying under powered machines in the past that are miserable to use because you spend your life waiting for things to happen and I end up going back to my phone which is fairly snappy (even though it is a cheap model).
