I was installing some software called minitab and halfway through the installation my computer froze and then turned itself off. it is now unable to reboot onto windows. it can run a repair maybe 1/10 times but then after restarting it says “dis read error press ctrl + alt + delete to restart”. if i press f4 on the start up page to start recovery it says “samsung invalid recovery area” for about a moniute then goes onto a page which says “starting windows” for about half an hour before getting onto another windows screen which simply says “please wait” its also running all these extreeeeemely slowly. Have I lost all the data on my hard drive? And how is this problem fixed?
