Hi,
I have just received my Samsung NC10. I have made a mistake by resizing the partition ‘D’ to
30 GB. Is there a way to increase this partition? I have tried with Partition Magic but it
doesn’t work, It seems that most Partitions softwares can’t resize the HD of the Samsung,
Any idea please?
Daniel
Try reinstalling. Fn+F7 I do however not know if you can change the partition settings if you do this. I have only one big partition and only kept the hidden 6GB Samsung Recovery partition.
I think you can re-size partions within Windows.
Right-click on My Computer – select Manage – Disk Management.
There will be an appropriate Help file for this – you probably have to delete the latter partition prior to resizing. Not too sure, I’ve only had a quick look at it.
I use Paragon Partition Manager on my NC10 and was able to alter the original partitions so that I now have the following setup:
(C:) = OS (20 GB)*
(D:) = Media (60 GB)*
(E:) = Storage (65 GB)*
*The sizes listed above are approximations.
