MemberSee what the iGo site says about tip #22: http://www.igo.com/detail/IGO+6600022-02.
As it says there, the power tip for the NC10 is the same as for Samsung laptop models M40, NC10, NP-Q1, NP-Q30, NX05, NX10, NX15, NX30, P28, P30, P35, P460-44G, P460-44P, Q1B, Q1P, Q1P SSD, Q1P Vista, Q1U-CMXP, Q1U-EL, Q1U-ELXP, Q1U-SSDXP, Q1U-V, Q1U-XP, Q30, Q310-34G, Q310-34P, R50, Sens SX30-C160, X05, X06, X10, X10PLUS, X11 (Intel Graphic card), X15, X15PLUS, X20, X30, X360-34G, X360-34P.
So all you have to do is find an adapter having the NC10 adapter’s dc output of 19V, 3.16A, or thereabouts, and with a tip that will fit any of the above Samsung laptops.
On ebay this opens a whole host of inexpensive possibilities. Rather than buying the NC10 adapter for $22.99 + $11.99 shipping , just do a search for “Samsung 19v 3.16A“, and check the iGo site to be sure it’s one for one of the compatible Samsung laptops. You’ll find NC10-compatible power adapters for under $18 including shipping. Or you could get a Targus/Kensington/iGo 70w adapter with a #22 tip.
I went the Targus route. Have to get the tip from Targus direct, but the power adapter is on special for $19.95 at Geeks: http://www.geeks.com/details.asp?invtid=APA10US-BULK-LN
No guarantees on this, but I believe the above info is correct. Let’s hear from you if you test this out.

MemberOkay, tip #22 works great.
I just got the Targus apa63us adapter from geeks.com. It doesn’t come with the correct tip, but I already had the correct tip (tip #22). It works perfectly with the NC10, and it’s charging my little Sammy right now.
Geeks has the Targus apa10us on sale for $22.50. It comes with 10 tips, but not the Samsung #22 tip necessary. You can order that from Targus for about $10 (incl. shipping). FYI, this is the same adapter I ordered, but Geeks sent me instead the apa63us, a 90w adapter. That’s a more expensive adapter for the same low price, but it’s 2oz heavier.

You might even be able to ebay a few useless tips to pay for your purchase:
