Well I know this little gems popular and I’m even considering buying another one for the wife but draw the line at paying over £300.00 for one (last one cost £273.00) Play.Com have today hiked their price up to £329.99. Can’t help thinking however the imminent tax reduction has something to do with it !

Probably not… I checked last week and PCW had hiked the price to 329 while the samsung store was still selling em for 299.99.
I think coz its become such a ‘must have’ product this christmas. Luckily I got a black nc10 for 299 from Microanvika…go check em out them might be stil sellling em for 299I agree that £300 is a significant psycological price barrier. One of my netbook criteria was that it must be <£300. I don't think it would have put me off but it will put some off perhaps? I guess they are also cashing in on Christmas and at the end of the day if demand is high enough then they can do what they like 🙁
