Home › Forums › Discussion › Off Topic › POLLS need View Results Button
This is for moderators if possible. Otherwise, people might taint the results by voting for something just to read the results.
Agreed, even if there is an “other” option is added to some polls.
I’ve noticed that the polls sometimes rely on cookies as well which I tend to clear every so often.
When people create a poll there is an option to chose whether it uses member ID or cookies (or IP), main site polls have an option to turn on ‘preview results’. But unfortunately this option doesn’t exist for forum polls. I’ve tried switching the flag on in the table but it doesn’t seem to pick up on it.
Some kind of hack is in order. I can have a look but it’s not something I can fix quickly. I do agree it is a problem though!
I’ve bumped the issue on the e107.org support forum, it has been asked there multiple times!!
