Oh sorry dude – this is a duplicate of the current main site poll, I didnt see this.

Ha ha 3 people have voted for using the sammy on the toilet! As if! Oh the joys of wireless networking!
I use mine all the time, mainly for preparing lecture slides and sorting out teaching material. It’s a great laptop for being able to quickly demonstrate something with in a class!
Sitting on the sofa mostly, iPlayer in bed before going to sleep. On the train.
When summer comes – in the garden :)!

I think yours was first! I’ll switch mine to something else as soon as I think of a good new poll! I need to get the oldpolls page fixed too.
Great minds think alike, they say, and I suppose all us NC10 owners are the greatest of great – so this kind of behaviour is not unusual. 🙂
On the same theme of “Car/Train” — the Airplane! Great for long flights with a couple movies or tv programmes copied over (to avoid the horrible in-flight options) or even some games.
I mainly use mine on the sofa, because of this I barely use my desktop machine at all anymore.
I also use it in bed, for about an hour before sleep. A nice game of Spider Solitaire helps me wind down. 😀
If I’m working on my desktop machine in the dining room, I’ll sometimes have the Sammy on as well for doing other stuff. Will be nice to sit out in the garden with it as well when the weather is warmer.
I’ve used it in the car once when I wanted to price-check something at a store I was near. Couldn’t find a wireless hot-spot though unfortunately.
It’s handy to take round a friend’s house too, I much prefer using a computer that I’m familiar with if I have to go online. If nothing else, you know your own machine is secure if you’re visiting any sensitive sites.
