Play.com appear to have pulled all the new NC10s from their site. However they are now offering via PlayTrade, what looks like a refurbished white model @ £220.99. Refurb might just mean a customer return, I know a lot of white ones were sent to customers initially when they actually ordered black, hence, since returned.

December 10, 2008 at 3:14 pm #174612MattJessopMemberIt states “There is Slight damage to the Packaging” and there is 30 day faulty items return policy.
I’m very tempted at that price !!
December 10, 2008 at 3:55 pm #174606jezMember£220 seems a good price. Obviously take the usual precautions when purchasing through any “trading” site.
December 10, 2008 at 4:43 pm #174614SideburntMembernice price, I’d snap one up if I hadn’t done that already, funny how people return things so fast.

Too late, it’s gone. I’ll let you know what it’s like when it arrives. 🙂December 10, 2008 at 6:44 pm #174609BazMemberWell done mate, dont think you will be disappointed. i wouldn’t be surprised if its literally brand new, never been switched on !
December 10, 2008 at 7:00 pm #174618JasperMemberThanks Baz,
I’ve sent them an email to see if they have another one – I’d really like two.
December 10, 2008 at 8:28 pm #174613MattJessopMemberI decided against in the end, but well done for snapping up a bargain !
I will hang on into Jan and get a blue one – I was only tempted due to the price and I can get one VAT free through a friend…
Cheers
MattDecember 11, 2008 at 5:08 am #174611hefMemberthe totally havent pulled the new ones…
December 12, 2008 at 1:59 pm #174619JasperMemberWow, I wasn’t expecting it to arrive so soon (hoping, yes, but expecting, no). They said 4-5 days and I ordered it on Wednesday at 4.10pm with free standard post, it was dispatched yesterday.
I’ve opened the box and everything looks fine, all the parts are there and the bags are sealed. I’m just letting everything come up to room temperature as the contents were quite cold and the screen has condensation on it.
Patience…
December 12, 2008 at 2:45 pm #174610BazMemberGlad someone made use of the heads up, as I said in the OP Play say, refurbs, but I’m sure there just opened up and returned, due to wrong colour supplied.
December 12, 2008 at 2:46 pm #174607jezMemberWhat a result Jasper. Congrats chap.
Let us know how you get on with it! Nothing ‘dodgy’ left on the hard drive I hope ;)!
December 12, 2008 at 3:41 pm #174615nickycMemberI ordered 2 – will open them soon.
December 13, 2008 at 12:08 am #174620JasperMemberWell I’ve been playing with this thing all day now and I’ve just got a few problems to sort out with the screen resolution and the deejay software I’m using, but that’s not a fault of the Sammy. See this thread
At £220.99 I’m happy to report that my NC10 is a real bargain, I only wish they’d had two for sale.
Thanks again for the original post Baz, you did me a big favour.
December 13, 2008 at 12:58 pm #174616nickycMemberHi,
So I ordered two and they are perfect. Really happy.
