Phone campaign to get BLACK MODEL in the US

For those folks in the US who are desperate to get the black version of the NC10, consider joining me in pleading with Samsung directly:

(1-800-726-7864)

Then buttons 1, 5, 2 to speak with a real live human.

I must say I called at dinner time EST and got through straight away, and the woman on the other end was extremely friendly and had no accent 🙂 She laughed and said I was the umpteenth person to make the same request, and that if she gets more tomorrow she will be contacting the marketing people formally. Don’t know if it’s a long shot, but it’s worth a try.

Dont worry my american friends, you will get those black ones soon. You just have to flight for it. 🙂

Also, while you have them on the phone, please consider raising the issue of having it in stores in the U.S. sooner than “early next year”. White, blue, black, anything, just so people can see it and try it out a bit.
