I just had my NC10 fitted with a new connecting cable (screen to keyboard) and a new LCD screen, this was because I was getting increasing picture distortion onscreen , luckily just one month within the 1 year warranty. But I have these cracks on the casing on three of the four corners of the screen which run from screen to outside of case. I was told by Samsung they could not or would not do anything to fix this.
Somehow I don’t think my next notebook or netbook will be a Samsung .
I guess these are cracks that have come through normal wear and tear? Must admit my NC10 has been slung around in my bag daily for two years and I’ve had no probs with the case (the screen cable did need replacing though!).
Hope you have better luck with the next one, whichever make you go for :)!
