MemberNot really a hack or mod as such but something cool I have done with my Sammy.
How To Connect The WiiMote:
Firstly, you need to rightclick on the bluetooth icon in the system tray and select Add a Bluetooth Device. Then, putting the WiiMote into pairing mode by pressing 1+2 together, the WiiMote should appear in the device search as Nintendo RVL-CNT-01. Click Next.
On the Passcode screen, select Skip (If you try entering 0000 or 1234 you will get an error – the WiiMote doesn’t need a passcode).
What I did on the next services screen was tick the box about using it as a mouse pointer.
Click ok, and Windows should beep and come up with the New Hardware messages in the system tray.
You may need to go to My Bluetooth Places > Search For Devices In Range and Rightclick on the remote and click connect – I don’t know if there is a way to auto connect the remote.
WiiMote Software:
I tried first WiinRemote, but then decided after more Google Searching to use BlueTunes which seems a better option because it also allows you to use the WiiMote not just as a mouse but also as a media remote. It also quite handily, tells you how much battery is left in the WiiMote. What’s Next?
Next step I will attempt will be to build a compact USB powered IR sensor bar to attach to the top of the Sammy screen so that I can simply point the controller at the Sammy to move the mouse.Doing this mod wouldn’t hurt Sammy, but it might be quite useful as a cheap Media Remote and maybe for gaming. I will possibly buy the nunchuck to help with gaming.

MemberDo you know of any programs that will allow me to use my ATT TILT as a mouse pointer and media remote. I made a thread in the “APPLICATIONS” forum and nobody responded.

MemberHi
I am sorry for bringing this old topic again. But I have a problem.
I am using Samsung N120 with XP.
My wiimote appears during device search. On the passcode screen, there is no “Skip” option. There is only “Cancel” button; and when I press this, it exits.Any advices?
Thanks -
