Confirmed not working:
Intel 4965 (Doesn’t appear in dev manager)
Dell 1505/1510 (Drivers don’t install)
I am looking for a wireless N card but I am not happy with the 5300’s performance with my N router, even in ‘G’ mode.
Intel 5100 works as well, but probably not as well as the 5300 given that it only has 3 antenna.
Atheros has some N cards.
Dell 1510 works fine with me.
I have just purchased and installed the SparkLAN WPEA-110N Wifi Card. I purchased it from OxfordTec.
I get a stable 130Mbp/s connection to my Draytek 2820N router. For some reason that is all I get.
Its better than the Lan connection.
I had a dell 1500 in mine but it was terrible and never stable, i went back to a non draft N card 🙁
I upgraded my Draytek router (and checked the settings) I not bet a stable connection speed of 270-300Mb/s at a range of 4Meters through a brick wall.
The card throttles back to 1Mbp/s when idle automatically.
Battery life is very good
