MemberMine is a Fujitsu MHZ2160BH – not as fast or as good as I had expected; however, it might be down to selecting a drive that is more optimal for a netbook and not being power-hungry.
This is the Fujitsu’s web-page for the HD:

EDIT: Note that this is the harddrive that came as standard with mine. Did the Fujitsu also come as standard?

MemberAll the fujitsu’s peak at nearly the same speed…but their low speeds can be really different!

MemberJust for comparison, I also ran HD Tune 3.1 on my upgraded Seagate Momentus, 7200.3 ST9320421AS 320GB 7200 RPM with a 16MB Cache and got the following (looks like a +30% improvement over a standard drive):

Max: 86.7 MB/s
Avg: 67.7 MB/sAccess time: 16.1 ms

CPU usage: 7.0%
