I get the same results as Teasy, installed a 2Gb 800Mhz stick of ram, CPU-Z shows its running at 332.5Mhz (665Mhz DDR2)
332.2 HERE WITH Crucial Brand 2 Gig installed

I don’t know how to embed an image, but I have a screen shot from windows system properties showing 798mhz next to my RAM speed after I upgraded to Crucial 2GB 6400. It doesn’t always show it however. Sometimes the 798mhz is there and other times it shows the 1.6 ghz processor speed. It looks like the image embed thing didn’t work. Let me know how to upload it and I will if anyone needs to see it.
