MemberIn my searches for the best
case for the NC-10 I came
across a fantastic leather
one — custom – made it seems
for the NC-10 — out of Hong
Kong. It’s PDAir — check it out
on Ebay — do a search for
NC-10 and you’ll find it
down the page.I am VERY impressed — it’s
a beautiful case — and fits
the NC-10 even with the
6 cell battery although the fit
is a but more snug than with
a smaller batt.January 8, 2009 at 4:57 pm #179012jez

MemberWell, these look great. I have a PDAir leather case for my Nokia E71 and it’s very good and durable. But the Sammy case is £45 with delivery as opposed to £18.50 for the other one. Anyone got either of these.
If not, I might take the plunge and get the cheapie…Russell

[/quote1231498374]hehe I thought that too. But no link posted and it is of genuine interest to us so I don’t mind if he works for PDAir :). My view is that anyone is welcome to post or link to their company’s wares as long as it is of genuine interest to the forum users and it isn’t repetative spam.

MemberIndeed, no one wants to get overrun with spam and I’d rather be in control of any ads to ensure the balance is right. It’s definitely something to keep an eye on.

MemberSpeedman linked to a black leather case which is very reasonable at £18.50. I checked it out with an e-bayer who had bought it and said very happy with the quality. I’m ordering one and will let you know what I think.
Cheers

MemberI got the Tech Air (Model 2111) for 9″ and 10″ netbooks and it has several compartments for notes or power leads. the NC10, with supplied cover on, fits beautifully into the middle of the bag (very safe). It is presently €15 in PC world (Ire) but got it in NewYear sale for half. Good offer on at moment. bag comes with cordless mouse for around €30. They also other bags for higher and lower €s

MemberI ordered a similar looking leather case from carrymobile.com. I went with carrymobile because they had brown and everyone else only had black.Very good quality. My only issue is that the part that covers the lid is not attached to the lid which gives a slightly less finished appearance.
Has anyone with this style case come up with a fix?

Memberthese cases are excellent – much better quality thatn I expected and if you use the original cloth case inside, completely hides the NC10 for lightweight trips. I use mine in London and it can even accommodate a 9 cell battery installed!
