When I picked up the NC10 today, I bought one of these new Bluetrack mice (mini version), as my wireless optical mouse is not great on some surfaces like my desks at work (too shiny/reflective).
I have to say I like MS mice and always have – this is particularly good though, it works on any surface -I currently have the NC10 balanced on my knee and am using the mouse on the leg of my jeans.
Wasn’t cheap – £39, but I have to cart my laptop around to lots of weird and wonderful places, so I figure it was worth it.
Worked straight out the box as well.
good stuff, i have this on order
Honestly, its good stuff.
is this mouse actually bluetooth or is it just confusingly named?
i’ve used microsoft’s rf wireless gear before and it’s not good. the only way i’d go there again is with bluetooth certification.
unrelated; ‘sup edinburgh? i live out in livi.
How is Livi this evening? Its not bluetooth, no that’s a bit confusing, I assumed it would be too. It has a standard USB connector which snaps into the base of the mouse when not in use. Not had any probs so far with it, much better than other wireless opticals I have used.
