Hello Netbook users,
A while ago I installed Windows Vista Ultimate SP1 onto my netbook with all the neccessary drivers to run it (chipsets, WLAN, LAN, etc) and I have now came to the problem of installing only one of the neccesary samsung programs which is magic keyboard. To avoid installing all the other !~#$ that gets bundled in the drivers disc I copied the magic keyboard folder off the cd and installed it.
Interesting enough no compatability dialoges came up even though the software says designed for xp. futhermore non of the hotkeys were working except audio UP AND DOWN. after installation went to the magic keyboard tab in my control panel and all the programmable hotkeys were locked and you could not assign any. Just to cut a long story short:
Can anyone help me with enabling hot keys on Windows Vista as I cannot adjust the brightness that can get very annoying
Cheers,
TC9
