for £413 – admittedly with 2g of ram and including postage, but even so it seems a tad over-priced. Its funny, I was under the impression that ebay is the place where we can hunt for bargains.
I’m not actually that surprised to see that on eBay – whenever something is in high demand and short supply, there’s always an eBayer selling at an over-inflated price. Same thing happened with iPhones and Wiis.
Heck, I wanted to buy Wii Fit when it came out and bought an Argos reservation code for £5 to ensure I got a copy. Many eBayers will profit from something in any way they can.
there are a lot of them on ebay around that price range with 2GB RAM.
there have been one or two total steals on the bay though, people who have bought them and not wanted them after…
crazy folk.
Some sellers rely on some people still believing that EBAY is the cheapest form of internet sales! lol

Maybe some people are so technophobic that they are prepared to pay that for the upgrade. But I bet you could get one of those IT support guys from the back of a local newspaper to pop round and do it for you for less…
i remember the ole days when people paid over the odds on ebay lol i sold an ipod when they first cam out, brand new at like 40 quid over rrp lol. gotta love em
Looking at the original auction Sam Sung linked to, the eBayer appears to have sold several from between £365 and £410. I really want this netbook, but there’s no way I’d pay £100+ extra for it, especially when it’s available elsewhere at the normal price.
Amusingly though, someone offered him £35 and was declined. 😀
