Hi everyone, I have been the proud owner of a blue Sammy since Christmas. I live in Ipswich – home of the Superblues and would like to thank all contributors and moderators for firstly helping me to decide on the purchase and now to get the best out of my first Netbook.
Like many I have had a few issues along the way but have enjoyed sorting these out and spending time on this quality machine.
These are a few of my experiences: Created a network with my desktop – useful for sharing files and printer, have yet to work out how to use it as an external drive but not essential at this stage.
Stumbling block on the network was an over zealous Norton on my desktop blocking the sammy.
Purchased Logitech VX Nano mouse – superb and strongly recommended
Keyboard was set as US so needed to be changed, spent ages trying to figure out the @ button lol
Yes the F7 and F8 keys are blue!, but it took 4 weeks to actually see them so check the lighting or make that the opticians!
Bluetooth kept disconnecting with my Nokia but works well with the phones software
Thanks for the tip on installing Office 2007 via a free trial download and by entering the code from the original purchased item as these can be used on 3 pcs

Regards DavidThanks Posblue and welcome to the site! I didn’t spot my keys were blue even after someone asked me to check them! It was only when I first took it outside that it really stood out!
