MemberI’ve just put the battery in my new NC10 and plugged it into the mains and the ac supply led is illuminated orange.
Is the battery led supposed to came on at some stage ( oe even come on and change colour once the battery is fully charged ?
This is the only manufacturer i’ve come across that supplies 2 manuals and a quick
start guide AND none of the manuals expalin the function of various switches, connectors
and more importantly indicator lights.Your help would be appreciated.
Thanks in anticipation,

MemberHi Mike. This is mentioned in the faq which is worth a quick read (imo!). The light should start orange and then go green when charged. In most cases it has started green or turned green very quickly. Mine didn’t immediately.
The full manual that goes into all this stuff is on the supplied CD if you have a second PC to read it from, obviously if you don’t then it is not much use!! You can also get it online from the official site or it might even be preloaded on the NC10 – I can’t remember off the top of my head!
Does that answer the question? Feel free to ask any other getting started questions!

MemberMany Thanks for that Jez,
Is the “charge light” that changes colour the the fourth one out from the touch pad, as the only
light that shows illuminated one mine appears to be for ac poer connected ( the second one out from the touchpad )Thanks,
Mike
BTW I have the flash “e-manual” on my desktop and it merely appears to be the already supplied bumpf cobbled togetherDecember 18, 2008 at 5:10 pm #176319The Genie
