I just bought a blue NC10, and I love it. The build quality, the matte screen, the everlasting battery… it’s perfect.
But I can’t install a 2GB RAM stick, because the screw on the memory slot is so tightly attached. I think I’m running the risk of stripping it. I’ve tried two different mini-Philips from two different computer repair ktis, and neither work.
I’m not sure where to go from here. Any ideas on getting this damn thing open?
