Welcome,It might be that you’re on an I.P that someone else has too.And maybe they were banned for spamming,My I.P is on my isp’s server which is then sent to 100 customers.So,you might be the same

It was the flood protection feature of the e107 CMS that gets triggered by too many hits in a short space of time.
