Hi all,
I know that when I set up XP for the first time I did a backup (6 GB) for the initial setup.
I am now wondering whether it is worthy to do a new backup using the Samsung Recovery Solution.
It seems that will take 16GB.
What do you think?
I have just kept the 6GB recovery partition. Very handy if you ever want to do a fresh install.

Now I have installed Office and other applications, do you think it is worthy to make a second backup?
PS, I have all applications backup in a SD card but took me about one hour to get everything installed and updated windows.
I have 2 backups, one if from the very start and will be used for a fresh install, the other is after I’d installed all my apps. Anti virus, picasa firefox and the like. I have also test both and they worked a treat. It’s worth doing the back up.
both are saved to an external HDD.
I have a question regarding Samsung recovery. Is there a way to delete the restore point (created when you make a backup) when the backup linked to it is deleted? Otherwise with the rate I’m going, I’ll have too many restore points.
