One simple question
Has anyone tried a gyromouse (Gyration make one)

I haven’t used one, but are you asking if they are any good or if they would work on a netbook? Because any normal PC mouse should work just fine.
I think I used one in a meeting room once but found it a bit tricky (which is probably expected when using one for the first time).
Do you just have a personal preference for such mice or is there a specific reason for needing one?
We use a kind of expensive gyration brand mouse and keyboard set where I work. Not because we like the gyration feature (I think it’s cool, but I’m in the minority). Because we tried MS and even Logitech wireless suites and they lost connection past about six feet distance. I can take the gyration wireless keyboard and mouse outside the conference room, through the lobby, and outside the front doors and still move the mouse and type on the screen. A total of about 40 to 45 feet. That’s with the computer and the wireless usb dongle inside a cabinet in the conference room.
I use an older Gyration mouse/keyboard combo to run the media PC in my living room. Works very well, either in the air or on a handy flat surface.
