land of the dead works pretty sweet , shame its an awful game , morrowind works great ,been playing it for 10 hours straight
October 8, 2009 at 8:01 pm #168623jasoninertiaMemberjust managed to get oblivion working , I used Oldblivion , and gma booster , runs perfect inside with 30 fps , and outside about 10 fps avarage , this is with full resolution and textures set to large ,if you run it at 640 480 it looks like shite but it runs perfectly ,I would say it runs better than morrowind to be honest

yeah but it ran just fine with a few tweaks , playing american mgees alice , and land of the dead wich is a pretty poor game but has zombies in it so its all good

October 11, 2009 at 8:50 pm #168624jasoninertiaMemberim an xbox man myself , can not afford any new games though , i wait until they are in the bargain bin
October 16, 2009 at 2:21 pm #168625jasoninertiaMemberstar wars battlefront 2 runs sweet , take a while to load though , no need to run it with 3d analyse despite the game giving you a popup about having no T and L on the graphics card
October 16, 2009 at 8:36 pm #168626jasoninertiaMemberGTA san andreas runs just fine , switch everything to low and your good to go , great game as well , put your own tracks in the game , nothing better than killing some dude to the sounds of the beastie boys “sabotage”

I suppose I’d be in a different league having a netbook capable of playing Call of Duty 4, Bioshock, AoE3, HL2, BfME etc.But having the N510 only spoils one further. The Dark Side tugs at my sleeve, and now I’m moving on, hoping for a pairing between an Sammy Intel CULV C2D + ION 2. Please Sammy, some signs, since Nvidia has confirmed that Ion 2 will be shipping before the end of the year.
EDIT: Ran into this: http://www.techradar.com/news/mobile-computing/laptops/samsung-culv-will-offer-something-different-640258
“Our range will start at £499 and then we’ll proceed upwards, he said. “That gives you a clear differentiation from where the N510 will stop and CULV will start.”
Lol, like the N510 is ending at £499. Just dismiss the £100 in between, why not? In the UK, the RRP of the N510 is £399 ($652), and £499 is $816. See the difference they’re dismissing? What about the ‘story’ in between Samsung seems to have missed? And what will become of CULV paired with ION 2. A horror story, far worse than Left 4 Dead. CULV is meant to be cheap. Anyways, /end rant
October 28, 2009 at 1:15 pm #168535mossieMemberInterested in flight simulators?
I have recently tried Condor: The Competition Soaring Simulator and Flanker 2.5. Both working fine and playable BUT dufficult to control without a joystick. I am planning to try a gampad with these…
PS.
Does anybody know how to slow down gameplay in Commandos: Behind Enemy Lines? I have used CPUGrab but I don’t like the way it works – adds extra CPU load. After running in Win95 coompatibility mode and Silent Mode it’s still to fast.

You should be able to update the wiki using your login username and password 🙂January 29, 2010 at 2:45 pm #1686321337riceMemberI can’t find a place to log into the wiki, so I decided to place something here as my first post.
N120:
Age of Mythology – following the similar settings to the NC10, by changing the properties of the shortcut “xres=1024 yres=600”, the game is playable at the current set resolution, at full settings. I also followed the NC10’s overclocking guide, only the GPU can be overclocked, no luck on the CPU.Age of Empires 3 – don’t think about it. Following the same steps as Age of Mythology, the game starts off with triangle artifacts on the main menu. Even if you manage to navigate through the menu and changing the settings to its absolute lowest, the frame rate is really low. If you try to play a game, it doesn’t even load and gets stuck on a black screen.
that’s all I have so far…I will add Age of Empires 2, which I’m sure it’s playable.
