Hello! I received this beauty yesterday and I felt the urge to register to this community.
The thing is, I tried out of curiosity install this MMORPG which I’ve been playing since a few years ago, I was positive that it would work well, but it doesn’t seems to be the case -> 12fps just in the presentation screen.
This is one of the few games that runs mostly on CPU, that’s why I think the integrated graphics card should’nt matter that much. I’ve seen reports of people running the game more than fully playable on laptops with Celeron 1700Mhz an intel integrated GMA900, or even on lower specs: http://www.ffxionline.com/forums/488923-post4.html and the last post too. Yet in the NC10 at the lower possible resolution it doesn’t get any better.
And I know this to be a fact since as I said, I’ve been playing the game for a few years and I’ve seen this personaly.
But for some reason I doesn’t work well with the NC10, and from what I’ve seen on a MSI Forum they have the same problem, so I think it might be driver related or it doesn’t like the Atom processor. I tried disabling Hyperthreading and reinstalling drivers with no luck.
What do you think?
Thanks for reading.
