http://planetsoft.org has a handy freeware application for measuring the boot time of your computer.
This is ideal for people who tweek there systems with the aim of having a faster boot time as you can gage how much of an effect your hacks are having on timings.
Tiny app at 100 and something k, its on my tools drive.
