bluetooth keyboard shortcut toggle?

i have been searching for a simple way to toggle my bluetooth with keyboard shortcuts but have been pretty unsuccessful so far.
when i right click the icon in windows 7 , there is no option to turn it off, only remove icon etc.

any help here ?

Why do you need to turn it off? itt will only make 1 min difference per full charge.! thats why they don bother with a switch or Fkey option.
