£322 – though if you buy in-store you should be able to get them to price match Staples at £293ish. The website does not price match.

They had at least one in-store in Norwich on Sunday (didn’t have a pricetag out yet though). I think it officially went on sale today.

If you do buy online and have problems, you can take it into any John Lewis store.

Best of all, free 2nd year warranty too! 🙂

This is great news, I bought my Acer Aspire One from John Lewis for two reasons – the extended warranty and also the ability to take it back (which I did, I couldn’t get on with the mouse buttons being on the side of the trackpad). I’m waiting until the new year, hopefully prices will drop a little (but I just know I’ll buy one at £299). Oh and I want blue one.

Now at only £292 in John Lewis Norwich – though still £322 on their website. I don’t know if this is a local pricematch going on or nationwide in all stores (matching Staples perhaps?) – but what a deal for this netbook with a 2 year warranty thrown in (so long as you like black!)

none in nottingham, reports out of stock online for johnlewis, called nottingham and they havae no planned deliveries…they also checked other stores and told me the same. the person thought that they may be discontinuing this?????
