I noticed in the Bios Setup there is an optiion to run the Battery Calibration. It says that it will discharge battery completely to give a more accurate battery level detection. it only works with Smart Batteries…
Anyone have any experience with this and does the NC10 have a SMART battery?
I did run the program. Now recharging the battery, no idea if it will make the battery usage more accurate or not…
will see tmw if it makes any difference
I believe the battery is a SMART battery. I would say though that you probably won’t notice much of a difference regarding accuracy. Of course if you didn’t fully charge the battery in the first place when purchased (12 hours blah blah) then you might see it improves.
