It seems to be just the regular NC10 with HSDPA sim slot built in.
No info on if it includes the latest touchpad revisions.

I wouldn’t be surprised, especially considering the fact that a Polish mobile network has/had a deal with Samsung for the NC10 with an internal 3G modem.It makes perfect sense for a UK mobile network to ink a similar deal with Samsung, as it not only aids faster adoption of mobile broadband, but it also ensures that the netbook market increases faster than before.
