MemberJust ordered my (apparently in stock) black NC10 from Dixons for the shocker of a cheap price of £288.05.
How to: Normal price is an already cheap £293.05. When you’re at the checkout stage simply add in the code “SAVE5”. Press update and this will knock an extra £5 off the price. Standard delivery (Mon to Fri 9-5) is included for free making this a very attractive deal for a very attractive netbook from a well known established firm so should be safe too 🙂
Admin Edit: [red=dixonsvoucher]Check this Link for all the codes: Valid until 12th Dec![/red]

MemberI posted this info on MSIWind.net on Friday so if you found it there then glad you found it useful. Just waiting for my black Sammy to be shipped too.

MemberNever heard of MSIwind.net as never liked the MSI Wind lol – there again it looks like auseful resource site for all things netbook so thanks for the link.
I discovered the Dixon’s price by accident on Friday after work when looking for the Samsung NC10 for sale online. Then, as I always do, looked for any current Dixons vouchers (which are on dixons site by the way). Should be common knowledge but apparently isn’t!
Ordered mine and the coupon/voucher works. Am surprised so many people are buying it from elsewhere to be honest!November 16, 2008 at 6:36 pm #168876Martin SH
MemberI got my black version from the local Currys branch in Stoke £299. Love it!

MemberAlso, if you add a £6 item you can use a SAVE10 code, which could be good if theres something else you want from them.

MemberJust noticed you posted the article here before I did at MSI Wind so good find as they were just updating the website about that time. Wen I checked, the black was cheaper than the white but about 30 mins later the white had caught up with the free shipping offer.

MemberMines is showing out for delivery so I’m surprised yours isn’t as well since we both ordered black! Unless there is a difference in payment – I used a credit card instead of debit card like I always do for web purchases.

Yup mine too, in fact my charging led just went to green… worth charging it a bit more?November 18, 2008 at 4:50 pm #168851jez
MemberFor what its worth, mine went green very quickly – I think I had it charged for 2 hours. I then used it on the mains for a bit and left it charging. The manual states that amber = charge and green = charged, it also says ensure a full charge on first use.
Logically therefore if its gone green its fully charged and ready to go – but part of me wanted to leave it on anyway. Id think that if it is green it is not actually charging.
