hufnBasically because upgrades are certainly a simple way to go, but in the long run, you have fewer problems with a clean install. If you really can’t take the time to install pro (and in the process you can reinstall only the software you really need, not any extra junk that comes with it) then I will bet you don’t need pro. There are only a few things that pro does that home doesn’t, so if you do not need those features, there’s no point in upgrading,,,
