In fact mine came with an XP Home recovery disc, with that you can do a clean install 🙂
A factory restore is somewhat different, goes it sets back all the garbage that comes preinstalled when you bought it. First thing i did was removing that annoying macafee prog. But maybe you need the factory restore for warranty purposes?
