jayjechAn additional thought: it seems that most PC6400 memory has a CAS latency of 5. PC4200 and PC5300 modules can be easily gotten with a CAS latency of 4.
The difference may be so minimal as to be unnoticeable, but in general a lower CAS latency is preferable to a higher one.
