If the NC10 uses the Intel 945GSE chipset — which the information here: http://www.intel.com/products/processor/atom/index.htm

seems to suggest — then the max speed for its memory is 533MHz: http://www.intel.com/design/chipsets/embedded/945gse/

So it really doesn’t matter if you buy a PC6400, PC5300, or even a PC4200 module; evidence indicates that the memory will be clocked at 533MHz.
