One thing that might help with gaming is extra bandwidth for the graphics chip. By default the NC10 has a 533Mhz FSB with 667Mhz memory so there’s 134Mhz available for the graphics chip. But there are 800Mhz memory modules available at a very low price. So if the BIOS would allow that to run at full speed, even without increasing the FSB or CPU speed, you’d then have 267Mhz available to the GPU. That’s twice the bandwidth which could potentially make a big difference.
